Well the way it works, when an enemy/boss is about to kill you, a button flashes on the screen that you have to press. You usually have ample time to press it. Press it properly and you are "saved" and the enemy regains no health. Miss-time the button press, and the enemy's health bar increases slightly. I never had a problem timing the button press, so I started intentionally mis-timing it to prolong the fights a little
By the way where you ever able to pull that crazy 14 button combo trophy/achievement?
