Sounds like Runaway isn't standing the test of time. Poor, poor Runaway.
Funny thing about list criticism is that people usually just offer games that SHOULD be on it, without daring to say what DOESN'T belong. Really the safest course would just to up the ante to the Top 165 to cover pretty much any game worth mentioning.
