Jen, the first ones that come to mind are the Ben Jordan games. I've played the first five and they're quite fun. Here is the game info page for the first one:

Go to the Related Games to get to the pages for the other five. If you go to the Related Links tab, there's a link to Grundislav's website (he's the developer) with the download links. The first game has a deluxe edition.
They're independent/amateur productions, so they won't have the state of the art graphics, but many folks around here like them quite a bit.
