Wow, thank you for all that info! It was very interesting to read.

I find it really bizzare how the market is different in Japan than in Israel, especially that DS and Wii take such a large share of the market! Here in Israel, all game stores are divided into two halves - one half PC, one half PS2. The only places that sell DS games are kids stores (I had to order the Phoenix Wright and Cing's games online...)

I have actually started learning a bit of japanese now, from audio tapes. Right now, I mostly know how to say "I don't speak/know/understand/talk japanese" in a million different ways
Still, it's fascinating how different this language is from any other language I know
