Seriously, the thing is so weird, it doesn't even qualify as a hat to be used when skiing. I've long since found that most hats that no one would even dream of wearing even if they're ears were already turning blue, will be worn readily and without a second thought when you tie a pair of planks to the feet of the same person and put them at the top of a snowy hill. For even weirder hats, take away one of the aforementioned planks and tie both feet of the person to the remaining one. But I doubt even that would convince anyone to wear this hat out in public - I think I might have to invent a new winter sport.

Too bad I'm no longer in school. This would have been perfect for "Crazy Hat Friday". One teacher once wore a hat that was the shape of a pig for that.
