You no longer follow those who you find attractive, then proceed to disguise as a man doing a survey for the local paper in order to enter their houses and steal their underwear. Why? Because you have been castrated - and not chemically, but with a knife by a trainee student of surgery who has a lazy eye. Therefore... you are no longer a sick, sick person.
