No, but a woman who is singing some love song(-ish at least) song surrounded by women and looking at them in a very suggestive way does suggest that (yay for repetion). Also truck drivers are known to usually be quite manly, women too, and she certainly was that.
And of course combine the facts that she looked like a man (and apparently tried to too) and was surrounded by good-looking women, and there was quite a lot of, well, intimacy in the act overall, there's some more indication.
And also, yes, I was (and am) being completely serious and am not approving of differences.
