I didn't think so. I actually liked this way better than Silver Earring. I ended up thoroughly enjoying this game. I love being able to download games from the internet. It's true that there is minimal interaction with objects but you can still observe your surroundings quite thoroughly by just wandering around, which I did. It wasn't perfect but it was plenty long enough. A couple of the puzzles were
but I solved almost all of them on my own and I felt a sense of accomplishment after solving them unlike Dreamfall or Tunguska.
