That just stems from the fact that the chances of actually scoring a date, not to mention sex, is such a slim option, the odds nearly impossible. Unless you're "in the right spot at the right time" like everyone
else seems to be,
and the perfect girl actually notices you instead of acting like they're as bored as a stock-car driver at a chess match. We have to make up for that somehow.
