I'm only sure about 8 and 12 (hope I counted right).

8. The Last Express.

Right at the start in Paris, the departure of the train.

12. (13?) The Neverhood. But I couldn't tell you what part of the game.

The Myst theme in the next one (13 or 14?) is unmistakeble... I'm fairly certain it's Myst IV, but I also managed to hear Discworld Noir twice, so I'd better shut up.
