Ah ok, it's really a great movie. It's sort of a pseudo-documentary, and the way it's done is very unique. I know the title "American Splendor" makes it sound dumber than it is, but it's meant in an ironic sense: there's really nothing "splendid" about the lives presented in the film (or the comic book on whose author the movie is based).
