Dear AGCB
My hubby and friends did cheer me up. We played old vinyl discs all night long as a guessing game. We each took turns to pick out an old favourite album (and we've got lots of them) and the game went on until 4.00 am.
As a tradition we also end the old year with a summary of the good and bad of the year that had passed and some hopes for the coming year. Nothing original, but still fun to express yourself and listen to the others.
The menue was:

Fillet of beef with chanterell sauce and baked potatoes
Blueberry and raspberry sorbet
I'm in a good mood today.
