Actually, that would be "Do you have much beer, because she is an Alcoholic."
I think you meant to say: "Sie haben viel Bier weil Sie (ein) Alkoholiker sind." (note the capital "Sie". That is the formal address. I have no idea why you wanted to adress anyone here so formally, but alright. Also, the "ein" is not absolutely necessary.)
The less formal version would be: "Du hast viel Bier weil du (ein) Alkoholiker bist." (Note that the "Du" is not capitalised, because there's no doubt about what kind of adress it is. In the case of "sie" there are three possibilites. If it is not capitalised in the middle of the sentence, then you are talking about a woman, or several people [which is determined by the context in which the "sie" stands]. If the "sie" is capitalised in the middle of the sentence, then it is the formal adress.)
