Yes, it was a nice emphasizing effect. Also, the end of the film with the elderly people was in color if I'm not mistaken, but it was more of an homage than part of the actual film.
(Oh, and for the record, I didn't mean this was a lame poll per se, just that it's kind of funny how everytime a view etc is challenged in a thread, instantly a poll appears here.
