I've been to California a few times, that's a 12 hours flight.... which is rather painfully boring when your headphones don't work, I can assure you.
Damn planes, with their damn nice expensive seats and their damn crappy common people's seats, with no room for the legs.

I hate to fly. Travelling by train rocks 8-) .
