There's a cafe within walking distance of where I work that makes a decent chipotle chicken wrap to order. That or I just get a salad for lunch. I wash it all down with water. For breakfast before I go to work I usually have carrot/orange juice, a banana, and coffee. I hate eating more than that because I'd get weighed down in the morning. Half the time Nanay has something she cooked (usually a meat and vegetable dish, or salmon) waiting for me for dinner when I get home.
