OK! I am away for few days, so I guess I can tell you something to think about until I come back sometime next week...
It will produce energy by perpetual motion, created by another form of energy that comes free. I know its in riddles, but it will not use the usual gas, tides/waves, nuclear power, wind or solar energy.
The scale can be from the size of a small windmill to that of today's wind turbines. The mechanical parts will involve extensive use of cogs & wheels of appropriate sizes.
I will keep you informed of the developments.
