Hot, humid and yucky here too (an hour north of Toronto, Ontario). It's my worst time of year. I prefer the mid 20's for the day and teens for the night. Though I'm not asthmatic or anything, the worse thing about this kind of weather is that it is often accompanied by a smog alert (even in my part of Ontario - cottage country and few large towns). It comes from the U.S., carried by the southern wind flow.
