Forgive me if this topic has been taken up before, but I could not find it.

Is it possible to buy Ankh in North America? (Specifically US). I can only find European vendors. I found one site that said it could be purchased from JustAdventure, but it is not listed in their catalog. Should I try to buy it from a British outlet? Would they ship to USA?
