Besides, Doctor Who in German would be brilliant, probably. All baddies sound, er, badder, in German.

I'll be watching it on Saturday, naturally. It looks like it's going to be bloody brilliant! I can't quite work up the enthusiasm for the new series that I did for the original, but hey - I think I enjoy it in a different way. I watched that Pertwee story with the giant maggots on BBC4 (tipped off by you I think, Laceo) and thought it was absolutely great.

There should be more Doctor Who discussion on these here forums. For anyone not familiar with it in the least, watch this clip. I absolutely love it, and I think it encapsulates everything that makes Doctor Who great - witty dialogue, humour, a very knowing 'scary' sci-fi premise, and of course... the cliffhanger.
