It's taking a kitten -
a living being - and winding wire about it. Or stuffing it in a box till it gets the desired form that the modler wants. The cat is in the wire or the box till the forming has been done. Airhoels are in the box if that is what is being used and it's even fed in the thing.
It's cruel and completely unnessery. Like the ring things that some cultures have for making their necks longer.
