The computer, known as the Semi-Automatic Machine Open Retalliation Operative System Terminal, could soon be in use by the American army.
"Careful evaluation of the system shows it to be secure and safe," remarked Lance Dreyton, head of the development team. "The importance of such a system for strategic purposes should not be underestimated, as it allows potential threats to be eliminated before they can strike against us.
