But that's what I am asking about
: why trust what you feel while dreaming? Having dreamt that you could fly or speak to animals, you don't believe that actually happened, do you? So why should the feeling that you were controlling your dream be any less of an illusion?
Of course, perhaps the feeling itself is worth it; I'm not questioning that. I just fail to understand all those "No, I could
really do
anything." assertions.
