When my mom makes crêpes, they're usually smaller, so I have them with Nutella. When I'm out, ordering crêpes, they're freaking huge, in which case I don't like them that sweet, 'cause they get sickening about halfway through. On those occasions, I have them with apricot jam and pieces of walnut (well, last time it was apricot jam and hazelnut, because I drew a blank on what you call walnut in English...). This combo is filling, but not hard on the tummy, and absolutely refreshing. I just got a craving for one.
P.S. Pancake day falls on my birthday? That's pretty cool.
