That's not true. My eldest sister is able to hold entire conversations while being fast asleep. She was even able to instruct a fellow student from her university to whom she had lent her iPod, how to get the files she had put on it (because they did not have a disc or something at hand). She never remembers the conversations, but they always are completely coherent.
I on the other hand, only seem to mumble things that only I understand, in my own, foreign language (it really sounds like a language, and not just incomprehensible mumbling).
