I got the old Sold Out edition for 10p plus P&P from amazon.co.uk. Not bad.

Though it's still hanging on Mr Sutherland, and I'm running out of ideas

... Sometimes, seemingly at random, I manage to skip the cutscene and reach the game, but I've yet to guarantee it
