SAW II is nowhere near as creepy/'atmospheric' as the first one, in that sense it definately falls into the "milk that cow" category. It does have a few twists and turns, but they're nowhere near as surprising/interesting as the first film. I got the feeling it was made with the masochistic horror film fanboy in mind, all "ewww" and no suspense. Also, I'm pretty sure there's going to be a third one, since it features thesame open ending as the first.
