As far as F.E.A.R. is concerned, Vivendi have been clear about their desire to turn it into a franchise having lost the distribution rights to Half-Life. It all depends on the sales, of course, though I suspect that F.E.A.R. has done fairly well, and is almost certainly going to end up beating the sales figures of any of the number of Monolith games that have failed commercially...
