Surely, as someone in the marketing business, you must understand the difference between asking for something and, having told us that we need something (arguably incorrectly), telling us that the system we use - that almost every decent forum I've ever been on uses - is unintuitive and categorically the wrong way to deal with the issue. The latter is what I see in this thread, while the former is notably absent.

Now, one could argue that this is all an issue of semantics, but from where I'm standing - and I have no say in the matter anyway, so don't take this answer as anything official - there's certainly a problem with the tone of your "asking", and that's what gets people riled...
