A 3 hour comedy is even more taxing than a 3 hour adventure movie, in my opinion. Heh. 3 hours for a part adventure, part comedy? Probably not a good idea. The real flaw of this film is that Peter Jackson just didn't know when to say, "Enough!" He's too in love with himself after the Rings films. He thinks he can do no wrong.
