Just saw a History Of Violence. Well, I'm very disappointed.
Not that it was bad; it's remarkably done, and a pleasure to watch, but the story... I was expecting something more, sometihng special, and I had the same old. If it hadn't known beforehand it was a Cronenberg movie, I would have been able to guess everything after the first quater of an hour, but since it had, I was sure there would be some trick, some last minute event that would put everything into prospective. Well, no.
Match Point is still the best movie I've seen in 6 months at least. Anyone else saw it?
