Today, I have mostly been watching...
Batman Begins: Great. I really liked watching the disintegration of Gotham City and Bruce Wayne's development. Must agree with SJH though, the second half didn't really live up to the promise of the first. But man, isn't the dark version of Gotham a great place to set a movie?
The second half of League of Gentlemen's Apocalypse. I enjoyed the 'medieval' sketch a lot (the screaming brought my flatmate into the room
and we watched it together), but after that it all went a little bit poo again. Much better than the terrible first half, though, so all in all I thought the film was merely "bleah" rather than "argh".
It also showed me that 'Royston Vasey' is within the Greater Manchester Public Transport Executive area, and I geekily went there over the weekend.
