Joe Scarborough on his show on MSNBC said that if you stay in Galveston and a Cat. 5 hurricane hits the island, you will die. It's up to you to decide to stay or leave but if you stay, you will die.
It doesn't get more scary than that. Hope people in the direct path of Rita will finish evacuating soon but that traffic back up is just ridiculous.
