Nocturne is a good one if you don't mind the shooting- lots of vampires and demons if that's the kind of sci-fi you like. You can find it cheap at GTZ or ebay. Also Midnight Nowhere was kinda sci-fi in the sense that it was set in the future, but it was not everyone's cup of tea.
