I saw it yesterday but I have seen it before. I haven't read the book but I believe that the movie is suppose to show the backside of the whole yuppie-lifestyle. Spoiler:He didn't do all the murders, only in his head. Although some might be real while others weren't. That is what living in a totally materialised world do to you.
