A CD crack isn't going to help with that problem.
You've tried this with more than one copy of the disk and had the same problem? That's strange. Have you tried it on another computer?
The first thing I'd do is contact the publisher's tech support. If it's a North American (Adventure Company) release, you can send an email to tech support
here.
