I'm still failing to see your "logic" - you just talked about the atheists you've seen, and presumed to know how their minds worked. That's not really logic. That's theory derived from observation.
I also doubt you were "seeing past the words" - I'm pretty sure you disregarded the words entirely and went off on a tangent.
