I've been listening to these two song on repeat for the whole day and the scary thing is I'm not exaggerating. They are Ongyilkos Vasarnap by Venetian Snares and The Boat Room by Mice Parade.
Ongyilkos Vasarnap is Snares' take on a Billie Holiday classic Gloomy Sunday. It's not in his usual drillcore style, in fact, it's surprisingly listenable
The only thing is I'm not sure if I like it just because Gloomy Sunday is such a beautiful song. "Darling I hope that my dream never haunted you..." Gorgeous.
The other song is from Mice Parade's latest record and were it not for My Workday in May, this would be my new favorite song of his. Highly recommended.
Audioslave's first record (are there more?) is... well, not that good
