Of the ones you mentioned, I think Amber, Comer, and Qin come close to being close to Myst, i.e., very little actual story, mostly solving puzzles, little or no manipulation of inventory, although Amber had a little of that. Not mentioned are the two Shivers games, which are self-described Myst clones.
