I'm one of those incredibly lucky people who have a sauna in my backyard, and is it ever fabulous!! Clear cedar(smells wonderful!), 6' x 8' inside, upper and lower bench, stainless steel heater with rocks for steam--we have it set to get up to about 185 degrees fahrenheit.
And the point (other than gloating
)? If anyone
ever found me in that sauna in any state other than naked, I'd need to get my head examined. That goes for anyone smart enough to get in there with me.
There is
nothing improper about nudity in the right context, I don't care who's around! And it is a good idea, I think, to teach children to be comfortable with nudity.

Definitely not! I think the humidity is something around 15% without steam, and 30% with steam. All the steam does is bring on the sweat faster and more intensely--you don't really see much difference.
