Yes, Olof Palme, who then was the prime minister of Sweden was murdered in 1986. There are similarities, but I hope the police don't act so incredibly incompetent as they did then. Plus, I think the odds are better now, lots of witnesses, they have the murder weapon, they have some clothes from the murderer. Hopefully they will catch him.
