1. Introduction
===============================================================================
This is the fourth game in the first season of episodic Sam and Max adventures
from Telltale. In this episode, the duo are ordered by the commissioner to go
to the White House to find out why the President has been making such strange
orders lately. This was the episode many players had been waiting for. Though
the first three episodes had been good in their own way, they hadn't been
exceptional. Here, the writing, wit and puzzles have reached a very high point
indeed, and the episode is both longer and more interesting than the others.

2. Walkthrough
===============================================================================
WHITE HOUSE
-----------
The game starts outside the White House. Get the boxing glove. Look at the pay
phone at the right side of the secret service agent to remember the number for
the phone. Use the DeSoto and say "Back to the office." to drive to the town.
TOWN
----
Walk to the wall behind the DeSoto and look at the military posters on the left
to see one fall down. Get the poster on the floor. Enter the office and use the
phone to call the White House. Say "Hello. Please hold.". Exit the office and
walk east to see Hugh Bliss. Talk to him and say "How about a magic trick?".
Get the Free Home Delivery sign. Use the DeSoto and return to the White House.
WHITE HOUSE

Now that the agent is distracted on the phone, open the White House door to
enter the oval office. Try to enter the War Room to be thrown out of the White
House by the secret agent Chuckles. Return to the oval office and talk to the
President. Say "We're ready to interpret." to interpret Whizzer's speech. Say
"What's a guy gotta do to get a drink around here?". Say "Which way is the war
room?". Use the boxing glove on the President to discover that he was a robot.
Chuckles enters the room and finds that Sam and Max have found the President
robot. He quickly leaves the room and activates the Abe Lincoln robot.
Walk east to the Lincoln robot get the flyer in front of it. Use the organic
listening device on Lincoln to record some of his speech and then get the
organic listening device from the podium. Look at the cue cards twice. Talk to
Lincoln and say "Let's talk about the issues...". Say "Where do you stand on
religion and schools?". Use the Free Home Delivery poster on the cue cards.
Talk to Lincoln and say "Let's talk about the issues...". Say "How do you plan
to solve the problem of toxic waste?". Use the Give Me All You Got poster on
the cue cards. Talk to Lincoln and say "Let's talk about the issues...". Say
"How would you describe your tax plan?". Use the DeSoto and return to the town.
TOWN

Enter Sybil's shop and use the Lincoln Campaign Flyer on the dating service
box. Exit Sybil's shop and enter the office. Use the organic listening device
on the phone. Use the phone and say "Sybil.". Say "I, Abraham Lincoln, am that
man.". Say "This is a date that will be remembered for centuries...". Say "I
stand here at the steps of the White House.". Say "The time to act is now.".
WHITE HOUSE

After Max wins the election, use the DeSoto and return to the town.
TOWN

Enter Sybil's shop, which now runs a carbon dating service. Talk to Sybil and
say "How does carbon-dating work?". She scans the tiki statue and discovers
that it is old enough to be put on the national register. Say "See you around,
Sybil.". Exit the shop. Use the DeSoto and return to the White House.
WHITE HOUSE
-----------
Enter the White House and look at the national budget book. Tick Sybil
Pandemik's Office. Exit the White House. Use the DeSoto and return to the town.
TOWN
----
Enter Sybil's shop and get the carbon-14 dating device on her desk. Exit the
shop and enter Bosco's Inconvenience. Use the carbon dating device on the hot
weenies. Exit the shop. Use the DeSoto and return to the White House.
WHITE HOUSE
-----------
Enter the White House and look at the national budget book. Tick Bosco's
Inconvenience. Exit the White House. Use the DeSoto and return to the town.
TOWN
----
Enter Bosco's Inconvenience and talk to Bosco to get the truth serum. Exit
Bosco's Inconvenience and use the DeSoto to return to the White House.
WHITE HOUSE
-----------
Enter the White House and give the truth serum to Whizzer. Get the ribbon on
the desk and give it to the secret service agent. Select any of the secretary
options. Look at the calendar. Get the sticky note and put it on April 26th.
Talk to the secret service agent and say "Take a vacation.". Enter the war
room. Walk to the right side of the room and look at the targeting computer.
Press the Next Target button three times to discover the beacon cam in Bosco's
Inconvenience. Exit the White House. Use the DeSoto and return to the town.
TOWN
----
Enter Bosco's Inconvenience and get the beacon below the security camera on the
right. Exit the shop. Use the DeSoto and say "Let's chase down Lincoln!".
CAR CHASE
---------
Throw the beacon onto Lincoln's back and then return to the White House.
WHITE HOUSE
-----------
Enter the White House and enter the war room. Use the targeting computer. Press
the next button twice and then press the fire button to complete the game.

3. Item List
===============================================================================
BEACON
Found below the security camera in Bosco's Inconvenience after using the
targeting computer in the war room to fire a missile at the shop. It is used
on the Lincoln robot while chasing after it in the car.
BIG GUN
Available at the start of the game. It is not used.
BOXING GLOVE
Found at the edge of the pool outside the White House. After Whizzer has been
taken out of the oval office, it is used on the President.
CARBON DATING DEVICE
Found on the desk in Sybil's shop after ticking her shop's checkbox in the
national budget book. It is used on the hot weenies in Bosco's Inconvenience.
"FREE HOME DELIVERY"
Found on the shop after asking Hugh Bliss to perform a magic trick. It is
used on the cue cards in front of the Lincoln robot before asking him about
toxic waste.
"GIVE ME ALL YOU GOT"
Found on the wall behind the DeSoto in the town. It is used on the cue cards
in front of the Lincoln robot before asking him about the tax plan.
LINCOLN CAMPAIGN FLYER
Found in front of the Lincoln robot. It is used on the dating service box in
Sybil's shop.
ORGANIC LISTENING DEVICE
Available at the start of the game. It is used on the Lincoln robot to hear
him talk angrily to Max. It is retrieved from the podium in front of the
robot. It is used on the phone in Sam and Max's office before calling Sybil.
SECRETARY RIBBON
Found on the desk in the oval office after Max becomes President. It is given
to the secret service agent at the war room door.
TRUTH SERUM
Found by entering Bosco's shop after ticking his shop's checkbox in the
national budget book. It is given to Whizzer in the oval office.
