Review of The Dark Pictures Anthology: Man of Medan by frynella

In a choice-based game it’s hard to argue that your choices really matter at all when everything can be instantly and permanently derailed by a missed QTE. This game, for me, was just a way to watch what happened when I failed yet another random and arbitrary QTE. There’s more than enough QTE-hate throughout the internets to necessitate my repeating it all here, but I will just point out that adventure gamers are probably not a twitch-driven demographic, so maybe adventure games aren’t the most suited to QTE mechanics?
