Disco Elysium
An instant classic
I loved this game. The setting is unique, the writing fantastic (more impressive given that they’re not, as far as I know, a native English speaking studio).
The melancholy setting, focusing on your characters depression and self destruction as much as the murder, is so unusual but also very well done.
I’d strongly recommend this to anyone who’s looking to play a great adventure game and is not afraid of a lot of reading.
