Leisure Suit Larry coming back again in Wet Dreams Dry Twice

Say this about Leisure Suit Larry: he sure is persistent. No amount of rejections, snubs, or lonely lights will keep him from pursuing a life of love (or at least lust). Not even a sudden leap forward into the modern world was able to slow him down, as everyone's favourite sex-starved loveable loser is returning this fall in Leisure Suit Larry: Wet Dreams Dry Twice.

The sequel to 2018's Wet Dreams Don't Dry picks up where its predecessor left off. With Larry stranded in Cancum after leaving New Lost Wages to marry Faith, fate predictably conspired to foil his best laid plans when the two are separated once again. Larry knows that "she is somewhere in the famous, sunny and huge Kalau’a archipelago," and he's determined that "not even the wild and untamed islands" will stop him from being reunited with his "only true love."

Wet Dreams Dry Twice shares the same high-res cartoony art style as the previous game, spanning more than 50 locations throughout the Kalau’a archipelago and "all its mysterious and magnificent islands." There will be "plenty of tongue-in-cheek puns and avant-garde humor fans have come to expect from the franchise" as you converse with over 40 characters, some of them "old friends from Wet Dreams Don’t Dry" as well as a few "fresh new feminine friends" to flirt with. Of course you'll encounter a number of "difficult and exciting (and maybe a little erotic)" puzzles along the way, so "now that Larry has become acquainted with the modern age and all of its contemporary gadgets, he must use his smarts — and ignore his desires —  as he sets out to settle down — once and for all."

Perhaps the best news of all is that we don't have long to wait for Leisure Suit Larry: Wet Dreams Dry Twice, as the game is due to launch on Steam and GOG on October 15th for Windows and Mac.
