Join Felicity Rue on a retro-futuristic adventure
Ink Rose Inc., TYM Studio, and Studio Syndicat have teamed up to bring players a new point-and-click adventure set in the world of "Mariposa and the Galaxy Man". The Fantastic Kitty Rue, now available on Steam for Windows PC and Mac, follows the story of Felicity Rue, a little girl living on the retro-futuristic planet of Felmuria who dreams of becoming the most famous tap dancer in the galaxy.
Filled with puzzles and rhythm-based mini-games, The Fantastic Kitty Rue takes players on a journey through stylized environments inspired by the 1920s and art nouveau. Players will explore Felmuria, converse with its unique residents, and perform fun dances to swing tunes as they help Felicity pursue her dream of fame. Along the way, players must also avoid capture by Green Star, an energy company seeking to use child labor in their factories.
According to Anastasia Snyder, founder of Ink Rose Inc, The Fantastic Kitty Rue is a "small celebration of being a kid when the world feels like your playground." Snyder hopes that the game will provide a nostalgic, fun experience for adults and encourage and inspire children to chase their dreams.
