First details shed light on Who the F*ck Ate Grandma?

Usually when someone says they're "having company for dinner," they mean it strictly in the invitational sense. Unfortunately for the poor matriarch of a very dysfunctional family, it means something much more literal in LeJeanPatrick's upcoming Who the fuck ate Grandma?

With dear old Grandma turning 93 years old, the entire family gets together to celebrate the occasion. What follows the main course, however, is as shocking as it is disgusting, as "it seems that Grandma is going to be served for dessert!" But who would devise such a diabolical scheme? To discover the truth you'll need to become better acquainted with "all the craziest characters of this family." Among the suspects are Toby, who's "a little weird and clingy, obsessed by his dinosaur cards, but a good kid overall;" Bertrand, who's "been recycling the same gum for a year now;" René, who has "made vegan sausages his specialty;" and Josiane and Gustave, who "got married for troubled reasons."

Inspired by the point-and-click classics of the nineties, Who the fuck ate Grandma? is a retro-styled pixel art adventure with a SCUMM-like interface consisting of a series of actions to be selected in conjunction with on-screen hotspots. Despite its grisly cannibalistic premise, the game promises a darkly humorous short story in which you must interact with the oddballs you meet, collect a variety of inventory items and use them to solve the "absurdly difficult" puzzles you encounter along the way.

It's too early for a target release date just yet, but the solo creator of Who the fuck ate Grandma? plans to launch the game on Steam for Windows PC when development is complete.
