Firmament set to release on May 18th

Cyan Worlds, Inc. has just announced that the highly anticipated game, Firmament, will release for Windows (2D & VR) and MacOS on Thursday, May 18th, 2023. The game’s release date was revealed in the latest update posted on Kickstarter. The update also includes information on the platforms on which the game will be available. The game will release for MacOS and Windows (2D & VR), and supported VR HMDs on Windows will include Meta Rift & Rift S, HTC Vive, Valve Index, and Meta Quest 2 through Quest Link.

Unfortunately, all other platforms, including PS4, PS5, and PS VR 2, will launch at some point, and there has yet to be a word on when that will be. The game will support English voice, UI, and subtitle support, with UI and subtitle translations in French, Italian, German, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Polish, Russian, Japanese, Korean, and Simplified Chinese.

In addition to the release date announcement, Cyan Worlds revealed new screenshots showcasing the game’s latest look!
