Hector’s third episode lands on multiple platforms a day apart

The "fat arse of the law" lands on the App Store today (ouch!), as Telltale has just released the third episode of Straandlooper's Hector: Badge of Carnage, with PC, Mac, and PlayStation Network releases soon to follow.

It was barely a month ago that Detective Inspector Hector was last forced into ingnominious acts of crime-fighting in pursuit of a morality terrorist in the filth-ridden town of Clappers Wreake. With the criminal's identity uncovered at the end of Episode 2, it's all about to come to a head in Beyond Reasonable Doom, as Hector "races to take down the 'Tosser' that has been making his life a living bleeding hell! It’s going to be a right, proper donnybrook as the pot belly of justice collides with the grimy fists of evil! Ewwwwww…."

Beyond Reasonable Doom is available now exclusively at the App Store for $6.99 on iPad and $4.99 iPhone/iPod Touch. No firm release details for the PC and Mac versions have yet been revealed, other than that they are "coming soon" and each will be available as part of a full three-episode season's purchase. A PlayStation Network version of the final episode is currently in the works as well, with no defined timeline for release.

Update September 23rd: "Coming soon" was right on the money, as the PC and Mac versions are now available for download as well.
