Nancy Drew heads back to school this fall
Autumn is that dreaded time of year when students head back to school, but for fans of Nancy Drew, the chance to hit the books will be occasion to celebrate a new adventure in Warnings at Waverly Academy, announced today by Her Interactive.
In the 21st installment of the longrunning series, Nancy enrolls undercover at the prestigious all-girls boarding school, which has seen a series of dangerous incidents befall its most promising students, with threats of more to come. In order to get to the bottom of the mystery, players will need to help Nancy not only fit in with the other girls, but also "snoop through dorm rooms and snap cell phone pictures of evidence" along the way.
Nancy Drew is currently summering with her friends Bess and George in Ransom of the Seven Ships, released earlier this month. Of course, with all the kidnappings and dangerous treasure hunting activities on and around their scenic tropical island, school might feel like a vacation in comparison.
Nancy Drew: Warnings at Waverly Academy is currently scheduled for release this October.
